“Clean room, helpful staff, nice place to stay”

“Checkin was great. The room was not. Having worked in hospitality I try not to judge a stray hair on either a bathroom floor or bed. I do when the bed has multiple and different colors. The white sheets even looked dirty. We went downstairs and just asked for new bedding and remade the two beds. The fridge was almost off and warm when we arrived. “The amenities were excellent. The room was clean and organized. We enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of options. Very comfortable beds. It exceeded our expectations.”

“Expedia shows that this hotel had a hot tub. That is why I decided to stay here. I learned that it is being renovated and was closed for some time. I don’t know weather to be disappointed with Expedia or the hotel for not being accurate.”
