Hotel a Sweet Home

“Arrived around 4pm, check in was at 2pm. She said our room wasn't ready yet. The entire motel was empty. Had to wait for "our" room was cleaned. Couldn't check in because the owner wasn't there. When we finally got a key, we left for a while. When we came back, there was no running water. They gave us a few 12 ounce bottles. Couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The next day, they moved us. “Clean and staff was very friendly”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The bed was super comfortable and it seemed fairly quiet for the most part. My only complaint is the door had a large gap at the bottom that I think contributed to being able to hear everything so when people came in late and were loud, it was like they were in the room with us. “Clean, comfortable and great attention to details that help make a nice stay. Beautiful Koi pond and garden in the back. Breakfast was good, and complimentary. Will definitely start staying at Best Western Premier properties in the future. ”
