“We had an amazing experience at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole, WY. The concierge team went above and beyond to accomodate my 4 year old little girl, our pom, and my husband's 40th birthday. They set up the cutest little tent in our room for our daughter and had banners, a cake, and snacks to help celebrate my husband's birthday. “The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The a/c does have a continuous fan mode which is nice for noise and stiring the air during the night. One minor issue is there are no electrical outlets next to one side of the bed. The lobby does close at night so you cant cut through lobby to get to room. Over all a nice hotel in easy walking distance to the square.”

Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. “Very good place”

“We came for our honeymoon as we got married the day before, and the hotel was aware of this. They did leave a plate of chocolate covered strawberries in the room and a stuffed buffalo animal which they said we had to pay to keep the stuffed animal and we thought it was a gift. We also received email that we had two free upgrades but when we talked to the staff about it there weren’t any available so we didn’t really receive any special treatment considering it was our honeymoon and post wedding...

“The lodge was very clean and well maintained. I loved that they had a shuttle to take you anywhere in town. We went to the Jackson Hole Rodeo that was within walking distance. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. I hope to return soon.”
