“There is nothing positive about this place. The room felt damp the entire time we were there, to the point your clothes almost felt wet when you put them on. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the walls near the ceiling. We were told when we checked in there were no more rooms available, so we knew we couldn’t ask for a new room. “The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch.”

“Staff was very unprofessional and tried to give us a different room than the one that was booked. Then tried to charge extra. Thankfully, expedia called them and took care of it.”

I was overly critical because the dog had accidents several places in the office area where we had to wait to register. I was comfortable in the room, but the complementary breakfast… expired breakfast bars (both of them), hard stale bread for toast, oatmeal packets that I did not touch, and a juice dispenser with no juice.
