“First of all don't even reply with "So sorry you had that experience, we will fix those problems fast." Cuz I've read all the reviews before coming and all of them came true when I went to my room aswell as my 3 other family's. I wasn't surprised when you said oh we will fix it. To whoever is planning to come here, just block this website honestly and open a case.
Now let me go through the problems....
1) The room smelled like a wet dog that came from a slump
2) The sink and shower water...
