“The operator uses a very cheap card key that apparently loses its effectiveness when brought close to a cell phone. Both evenings, after long days, we had to go back downstairs to have them rekeyed. Towels are more like sheets than towels. TV mount was broken and monitor leaning. No "fix" apparent.”

“Door didn't lock securely, toilet seat broken, tiny microwave had food splattered inside, sink was very dirty, floor tile in the bathroom was dirty and one of the two beds had not been changed, and it was dirty. Room smelled bad. Additionally, it didn't appear that all the rooms that were occupied were held by travelers. It appeared to me there were people living in some of the rooms. We paid $200 bucks for a two-night stay. Decided we couldn't tolerate staying due to the dirty unsecure room. We...

“This place is a gem! Our definite go-to place when I come to say in Western NC. Everything you would want in a cabin is here - as long as you don’t mind the outdoor propane fire pit in place of a messy indoor wood burning fireplace. I wish I could tell everybody this place sucks, so I can can scare people away and I will always have a room available 😝”
