“This place is so nice! The front desk staff were so friendly both at check in and check out. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasted good. There were a bunch of families getting breakfast at the same time. The food was constantly being refreshed and there was olenty of room for everyone. I would absolutely recommend staying here! ”

“We certainly appreciate the bag breakfast we recieved for our early departure, but we would have appreciated a higher quality one since we did not get the full breakfast. Other than that, we had a grand stay. Thank you. ”

“Room smelled terrible and the carpeting and furniture were dirty and worn. The property is next to the freeway, so rooms on the back side are extremely noisy. No breakfast, although there is free coffee and as small room to purchase packaged foods.”

“The hotel was OK, but nothing has been done to repair the damage from the huge plumbing leak they had some years ago. The hotel is definitely dated and needs renovating. We had no problems with our pets, did not use the fitness center.”

“My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures. Honestly, there is nothing...

“They didn’t clean the room, and I had to take the trash out myself. We had to take the sheets downstairs and would receive them in the morning, but at night they were returned unironed, and we had to make the bed ourselves. The behavior of the lobby staff was very poor. You had to wait a long time for someone to come, and when they did, they responded rudely. The kitchen had no utensils, and you had to buy them from the lobby. There was an insect (or animal) in the room that bit me all over my...

“I have learned a lesson, cheap does not mean good. I was not happy the moment I checked in and was told there is no front desk person after 10pm, no breakfast, no gym. The hallways smell ‘funny,’ my room smelled like it was recently sprayed for bugs. The kitchen area looks outdated, drawers were missing handles, and there was trash under my bed. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. ”
