Buongiorno, grazie per la vostra recensione; obiettivamente è proprio vero , il vicoletto è un appartamento veramente carino e ben organizzato ma non gode affatto di una buona illuminazione naturale, sia per la sua esposizione che per le poche aperture presenti; questo non favorisce certo il ricambio d'aria e la luce naturale. E' per questo dotato di deumidificatore e di una ottima illuminazione artificiale ma sicuramente consigliamo anche noi gli altri tre appartamenti presenti presso il 1743loft, più luminosi e confortevoli. Per il materasso in realtà è la prima volta che mi viene suggerito ma ne terro sicuramente conto ed eventualmente lo cambierò ! grazie ancora per i preziosi consigli. La prossima volta vi proporrò di provare gli altri loft, Saluti Ignazio

E' sempre spiacevole ricevere note sulla qualità della pulizia ma, mio malgrado, cercherò di migliorare il servizio perchè lo ritengo forse la cosa più importante da garantire ai miei ospiti. Il caos estivo e i numerosi arrivi hanno sicuramente influito negativamente sulla qualità ma ho già provveduto a migliorare il tutto. Per i parcheggi purtroppo è così ma ribadisco , ortigia è un centro storico e dovrebbe essere totalmente inaccessibile alle auto per cui , 10 minuti a piedi non devono rappresentare un problema...anzi! Grazie ancora , vi aspetto e spero che possiate trovare migliorati i nostri servizi !

Dear Paul, thank you for your review and for your comments. Regarding the black floor you're absolutely right, it is a fabulous black-board floor which, like all dark floors makes the dirt stand out more if you do not clean your shoes well. the same would happen with a clear one that maybe you would notice less but in reality it would get dirty the same for which, it's just a matter of points of view. I would like to point out that the cost of 20 euros cleaning is related to the final cleaning of the accommodation and, our structure offers an additional service included in the price of cleaning and linen changes every 4 days for apartments and every two days for the rooms for which the guest could not enjoy it because he stayed only two nights! the 20 euros he paid are still linked to the final cleaning; pity that it remained so little, if he had stayed a few more days he would have enjoyed the cleaning too! (not all give this additional service for free!) The noise of the women who clean I do not know, there are other rooms in the yard and maybe it happened, I'm sorry for the afternoon nap, I understand that it can be annoying and I apologize even if it does not depend on me.

Many thanks, in reality the problem of humidity is a very common problem in the historical centers and in the ground floors and this apartment is the only one of mine that suffers most from this problem. I plan to solve with counterparts that I hope are resolutive.
