“I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

Not sure why I was embarrassed but, also Laughed at their request for a different room and Didn’t even bother to request a refund !!
