“Rooms and Lobby are a bit dated. King size bed felt more like a large queen yet extremely comfortable. Quiet for the most part, ”

“Great location, hotel condition overall. Our only issue was the internet connectivity was bad. Our phones and laptops kept locking up and glitching. We have newer phones, xfinity service and newer laptops which are up to date so the issues were not in our end. If your at this hotel with important internet connectivity requirements you may want to consider this.”

“Food variety for all meals was excellent, as was the amount of food. Being a senior, it would be great for a menu offering a smaller portion of food. ”

“Could not check in without being told by police to go elsewhere. My husband was flagged by a patrolling police officer in the parking lot and questioned if we were staying here. We will highly advised this was not a good motel to stay at and go elsewhere. The officer said it was very unsafe due to shady ongoing incidents at this place. “Was placed next to an ADA room, there was a screaming child all night. I had ear plugs in, the fan going, and white noise playing. Had to call the front desk twice and asked to be moved. They stated there was not an open room available. The sound between the rooms was absolutely terrible.”

“I was there for 5 nights and the staff was great but they don't freshen your room so I had dirty towels and trash on the floor and I had to ask for clean towwls”

“Stayed here to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome and the distance was pretty good. We got a non-smoking bedroom but it still smelled a bit like smoke. I would definitely take an air freshener next time. It was not a terrible stay but it could have been a bit cleaner for my liking. ”
