“In 3 days at this hotel, I got neck pain and I’ve been sick for days since the AC stopped working overnight. When the dining room was suddenly full at breakfast, I was forced to sit outside in the cold (still sick) which made me worse when other tables were already done. There were tiny ANTS crawling inside the bed every night and most towels were dirty and stained. When I realized I was missing an item less than 24 hours after checking out, the hotel said they couldn’t find it but I only wore...
