“J’ai séjourné au Hilton Taghazout Bay du 9 au22 août 26.Malheureusement, mon expérience a été plutot décevante. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, avec des tarifs aussi élevés, le niveau de propreté et d’organisation est tout simplement inacceptable. Tout d’abord, l’hôtel manque clairement de propreté, en particulier la salle de bain et notre douche qui se transforme en bain, le lit de mon fils n a pas été changé de tout le séjour (12 jours), sans parler des serviettes qui nous en manquer régulièrement ou...

“ho chiesto una coperta a posto del piumino e hanno provveduto solo al terzo giorno non capendo prima cosa intendevo per coperta. il secondo giorno il letto non era stato fatto e il terzo ancora non era stata pulita la stanza alle 15.30. ho dovuto sollecitare ma sono venuti troppo tardi e ho rinunciato. in piscina un solo telo a testa e avendone chiesti due mi sono venuti a rimproverare vedendo che mio marito non arrivava e li avevo usati entrambi io. ”

“This is a place with potential. I’d describe it as “not ready to open, but in six months it might be great.” Certainly do not pay 5* prices.
