The place was excellent. Huge pool. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Room temperature was perfect. Negatives: Hand soap is tiny. The toilet side overflows and the sink was clogged. Room was cleaned but did not replenish towels

Small, resort, nice rooms, very quiet for being off the main street. There's 2 restaurants next to the property, the tuna belly at either place is good. We stayed at Kokomo for a week and were really pleased with our cottage with a wrap-around porch by the ocean. The landscaping and gardens in the resort are lush and beautiful.
