“Semua ok kecuali bilik hotel, lantai kotor. Pintu toilet patut diperbaiki. Lantai juga perlu di tukar agar lebih hygiene.”

“Not super impressed with the hotel itself. Location obviously super nice but hotel very run down, built in a 70’s style and never upgraded. Lot of damage from plenty of fungus and mold on walls and in bedrooms. 24 hours without wifi and only cold water. Maybe self inflicted as there apparently is a water heater per room but I have never experienced an in-room water heater so did not have the experience to look for it. I do not think I will come here again”

“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“The property is very nice and clean. There is a variety of restaurant food options available on the lower level. The view was incredible and the host is very helpful in answering any questions you may have about the room.”

“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. “They charge Europe price but no Europe standard. The rooms are very dirty and old. The air conditioning is not working and loud. We called them to fix and nobody comes. Just very disappointing stay overall ”
