“The staff was helpful. The hotel room could use maintenance. The toilet leaked, an outlet was coming away from the wall and the breakfast was okay.”

“It was clean, easy to access from the highway, and reasonably priced.”

“I visit Beckley, West Virginia and had a couple family members came to visit me. They wanted to charge them $10 each for swimming. And made us get out the pool.”

“I booked 2 rooms with Expedia when I checked in they said it was only one room. I tried showing her my conformation email and she wouldn't look at it. Made me get the second room at full price. I had to take it after working all day and we were really tired.”

“Room was clean, front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. We did not use the pool area so I can not comment on that. The complementary breakfast was very basic so we grabbed something from McDonalds on our way out of town. ”

“There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.”

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”

“Marriott is our go to hotel when we travel. Always good quality for the price.”

“Do not judge this hotel by the outside. This is one of the best places I have stayed. Very clean, nice spacious room and the pool was open. Would absolutely stay here again.”
