“Clean room good breakfast”

“We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards.”

“It looks like a new or newly renovated property. The rooms are big and clean. It was our first trip to West Virginia and we loved it. We were a bit nervous as a Black family because we didn't think West Virginia had any Black people, but the people were extremely nice lol.”

“Lot was puddled and looks like it just was constructed. difficult to exit driveway as it is very busy at this site. Breakfast was ok but i likt other hiltob properties.”

“Very friendly check in staff. Property was clean with many dining options nearby. Rooms were also tidy but with visibility aged and worn furniture. Not at all a problem for a single night stay. The only thing that really brings down my review for this place is the DESK CHAIR! Completely worn and ripped in many places. Appeared dirty as well. I just pushed it off to the side and avoided putting anything on it. Just replacing a chair would definitely bring up reviews”

“Did not meet expectations. Shower is tiny, molded shower curtain, old bar of soap still in the cubby, old shave caps on the shower floor, no towels or wash cloths. The AC is ancient and doesn't work well, no trash cans anywhere in the room or bathroom. The Wi-Fi was very hard to connect to and only lasts for an hour before kicking you off. You have to keep asking for supplies before you get them. The entire property needs to be updated and repaired. There are holes in the walls and only one...

“Once upon a time I am sure this place was really nice. We stayed for a golf event, otherwise I would not stay here. We stayed in the executive suite area. The room was outdated and the pullout couch was very worn, torn, broken and uncomfortable. Our smoke alarm battery was old, so it was beeping. The buildings in general could use some upkeep. The room was very overpriced. ”
