Well this hotel it was the dirtiest hotel in my life I'll never stay in this hotel any more cuz it was very dirty and nasty and smells so bad it was bed bugs everywhere me and my friend couldn't stay there we just want to cancel the reservation but they doesn't want to give us our money back so we just check out early and left this dirty hotel. And advice everyone do not book this hotel anymore cuz u will fit sick and u won't enjoy it. Thank you

Do not stay here!

Pro: The location only!
Contro: The cleanliness. Needs to be updated. And you should be able to get a refund and not be stuck in an unclean room!
Posizione: There was Busch Gardens a block away. And fairly close to the airport and convention center.
I was traveling as a single female with my 13 year old daughter, I was not expecting luxury, but I was expecting a clean and safe room. When we went into our room the door had been broken and would not close all the way! There was sauce all over the wall, everything was dirty and outdated and when I saw the giant hair all in the shower drain I went immediately to the office to complain! The office staff was nice enough, and switched me to another room, which was slightly better- but still not clean! The floors were so dirty we had to keep wiping our feet. I saw cleaning ladies there so I cannot understand why it was so dirty. Also the big box tv kept turning off. When I went back to the office they wanted to switch my room again and there was no way I was going to chance another room, so they switched out the tv. So on my first day I went and bought bleach, Clorox wipes,sponges, febreeze, and Ajax and I cleaned the room myself! Not what I wanted to do on my vacation! I even tried to get another hotel but couldn't get a refund and all the other reasonably priced hotels were booked! When I left I sprinkled Ajax in the bathtub, sink and toilet so they would have to clean it! Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel! Spending a few more dollars will be worth it!

Dirty hotel

Pro: The cleaning lady was very pleasant and tried her best to make our stay comfortable...if only she had cleaning skills!
Contro: So much work to be done here starting with their pool and making sure that a non-smoking room is a non-smoking room. Walkways need serious cleaning.
Posizione: Busch Gardens was directly across the street, otherwise, nothing else to do. Olive Garden, Taco Bell and Burger King were within walking distance.
Though the hotel staff were nice, the hotel was not. To start off, our keys didn''t work. When I entered my room it smelled as though someone had just smoked a joint and this was a no smoking room. The stink of the room lingered for the entire 3 nights that I stayed there. The floors were obviously dirty and had not seen a broom or mop in quite sometime. I was not able to use the pool because it was green and cloudy. The tables and chairs outside of pool were filthy. The floor around the vending machines and ice machine were dirty and sticky. There were no designated smoking areas or ash bins to get rid of cigarettes. Disabled parking was not adhered to as cars without disability tags parked in these spaces. This hotel was overpriced considering the conditions, it is not a 2-star hotel. I am surprised that this hotel is connected to the Wyndham name...Wyndham should look into it because it's a disgrace to their brand name. I would not recommend that anyone stay here even for just a night. Unfortunately, my reservation was non-refundable or I would have cancelled my reservation immediately and checked-in elsewhere.

Busch gardens trip.

Motel is old and needs updating. Served our purpose of a motel near Busch Gardens. Free parking and walk to the park. We only stayed in the room to sleep. No breakfast, but there is a McDonald's and Dunkin doughnuts on the way to the park. Coffee pot had old water and mold, I don't think any of the hotels or motels clean out the coffee pot tubing inside.

You get what you pay for

Old and outdated. It had a broken toilet seat, one chair was broken and the other had numerous rips in it. Very dingy but at least it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was fine, the only problem I had was that the air conditioner had grime on it, the hotel needs a more frequent 'scouring' of the rooms, which I would expect twice a year or more.
