I was not impressed by this place at all and think they charge too much. It was easy to find and get to. The front desk clerk was not well trained. She asked me to spell my name as she was holding my driver's license, took a long time to change me to a non-smoking room. Notices behind the front desk were full of grammatical errors (eg. Guests must need to present ID when extending their stay) and some of them should not have been displayed to guests (reminders to staff of which rooms not to rent, of which I was given one). My room was old and disgustingly smelly. The sofa bed was filthy. The bathtub tile had been nicelyredone but the toilet seat had chips and gouges. The light fixtures were old or missing glass. The blanket and bedspread had holes all over, but the sheets were clean and fresh, so I stayed. The A/C machine was noisy and smelly. The lock on the door was old, but it worked. I was going to do some laundry but the machines were old, dirty and located in an outdoor corridor for anyone to walk past, so I was not leaving my belongings out there. Some of the guests were very noisy and cleaners were also working on rooms (at 7pm at night). It looked like some of the rooms may be in the process of renovation, or stacks of furniture in common areas is normal.
