“Requesting the airport shuttle was seamless, and they arrived promptly for pickup. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing and eager to answer any questions I had and ensure a pleasant stay.”

“Very clean everywhere in the building, staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. The only complaints I have would be that the room only has one mirror (over the sink) which makes it challenging to get ready. Also the WiFi is pretty bad and spotty. ”

“2 days in a tow found a cockroach in the room. You need to ask for someone to come clean the room. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overpriced for what you get. Paid almost $400 a night for 1 king size bed, due to BTS concert in town.”

“Enjoyed our stay, room smelled like cigarettes when we first walked in but once we got use to it was chill.”

“The first room we got into had weird smell, two beds that made it look like a make shift double room, and a bathroom door that looked like it got smashed in and was barely hanging on. After we got our room switched the second room had a weirder smell, drain system fir shower was disconnected, and bugs were found in the sink and toilet. After our second night we found black mold in out shower and the outlet in the bathroom started to fizzle before blowing a circuit and shutting off the power”

“The electric outlets were loose and we couldn't connect our chargers. The door was super difficult to open even other guesses had the same problem. ”
