“The hotel was great. Expedia was terrible! I tried to cancel this reservation as the company I Work for did another reservation on my name, and surprisingly I couldn’t make it. There was always a system error every time I wanted to cancel my stay. Of course that was until I had to pay for cancellation.”

“The king room was significantly more spacious than the two queen rooms, which felt a bit cramped. The only downside of the king room was the absence of a bathtub, instead only having a walk-in shower. This was the reason I opted for the queen room. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the amenities, but they appeared to be well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. There were always a lot of people around. It seems to be a quite popular. ”

“The hotel itself was great: nice, new, clean, modern. The staff helpful and professional. But the hotel was overflowing with screaming pre-teen and teen-aged girls. The guests in the next room to our were having a party, yapping at the top of their voices and slamming doors at 11 pm and midnight. We will make it a point to avoid this hotel due to the kind of clientele it caters to.”

“The property is aesthetically stunning, the staff- impeccable service. It is not far from a beach or eateries. Great. Not great: I believe this hotel has severe mold issues. The restaurant smells really bad (I mentioned it to one of the staff) as I’ve lived through mold issues. The room I was in, smelled worse. “Maria at the front desk had exceptional customer service. Our room was nice and clean big shower. Nice balcony would definitely stay here again.”

“Bed was comfortable, room blocked out noise from construction and airliners passing over every 10 minutes. Bathroom door would not close all the way, shower door slides open, toilet lid does not stay up for men using. Jacuzzi was not working and the hotel ice machines broken down for one day. Pool and Jacuzzi were very clean, pool towels quite small.”
