“朝食は種類も多く美味しかった。 2日目以降は食事会場のアナウンスがなく毎回確認、部屋番号を伝えないといけなかった。 受付にはチケットもあったがなぜかもらえなかった。 立地は中国国境や飲食街も近く移動に便利でした。”

“The room was very clean and quite. The staff was polite, helpfull and respectfull. An good location near a park, a mountain walk, restaurant and grocery store. I would recommend this hotel to friends and familly.”

“日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! ”

“Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.”
