Motel a Tannersville

“It would be hard to find a better motel, especially at such a reasonable price! The owners are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned impeccably every day. Air conditioning works well. Beds are comfortable and very clean. There’s a decent amount of space in the room. The microwave, and especially the regular sized fridge and freezer, are a huge plus. “location is good. Everything is old in the room. The bed was noisy when getting off. One of the sink tabs didn’t work well. Picture frame on the wall is very dusty.”

“Super dirty, smell bad”

“We had a wedding in the area and this place was perfect for our needs. There’s a bar to the front of the property, which was fun to hang out and play pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.”

“The motel was clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Staff went out of way to be helpful even for disabled.”

“We had a nice stay at the Black Bear. Great location and Kim was very accommodating.”

“There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby.”
