Hotel vicino a Tao Tennis Center - St. Louis

“Located on the campus of Washington University right next to Forest Park. It is centrally located. We were lucky enough to sail on the fifth floor. I do have laundry facilities upstairs as well as a coffee, tea refrigerator microwave area not sure if that’s on every floor, but it was on the fifth rooms were very nice bathroom very clean spacious staff was wonderful to deal with. They have a breakfast they offered. It’s $11 per person and it was quite tasty. Did not partake in dinner, but it...

“Plenty of parking, a Starbucks and a restaurant next door, easy access to a main street and major highways. Nice workout room, snacks/drink mart at the front desk, large lobby with seating. The room was clean and comfortable, large bathroom. Top notch.”

“Room was huge. Clean and neat. Pool area was small but nice. Exercise room was small but had several very nice treadmills with extensive options. Parking was in basement garage. Only had a 6 ft 6 inch height opening. Fine for our small car, but would not accomodate oversized pickups. Plenty of parking on street which was in a safe neighborhood. Parking was an additional $20 per night. Regular options for breakfast plus 2 types of waffles, and scones. Nice little bar on site with indoor and...

“Hotel che utilizzo tutte le volte che vado a St.louis. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità, grande, con tutti i servizi disponibili, in zona comoda e sicura. Ottima colazione, parcheggio riservato. Il personale non è cortese e le camere a volte potrebbero essere più pulite le camere sono molto ampie e confortevoli, anche per soste lunghe. ”

“Room was clean, soaps shampoo smelled amazing made my order for myself at home. The front desk clerk was really helpful and knowledgeable about the city and had good digestions abs opinions on fun locations with little ones and for adults she was amazing. Breakfast was good just ran out of syrup for waffles but still 10/10 ”

“When I walked into the property, the young lady was lent over-the-counter. Can I help you with an attitude then she said I don’t know how you were able to even book we overbooked. We tried to call you, but we didn’t have a number on file. I had a real nasty attitude and told me to go to another hotel. ”

“My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience”
