“Stayed here overnight before heading off on a road trip around Tasmania, comfortable room, had everything we needed and restaurant if you want food. ”

“We had a great stay at Mornington Discovery Park. Was very clean and well maintained. Great check in. 10 minute drive to the middle of Hobart and 5 minutes to a big shopping centre. ”

“Beautiful property. Owners are the most friendliest people you will ever meet. The kids loved the freedom on the property and we took comfort in knowing they were safe while having fun. Would and will certainly be staying again. ”

“We had a good stay. Plenty of parking on the property. The common toilets and showers for the budget options may not suit everyone, but it’s great for the price. The restaurant and pub downstairs offer big meal servings; the only place open until 8:30pm. Lots of coffee places around. Staff are excellent. Pretty old town.”

“Really enjoyed my stay, very nice rooms with modern bathrooms, good breakfast, very clean, has free parking right in front. Staff was great too. ”

“Never saw anyone as regards staff. Check in/out was easy once had right code for key box. Room was adequate for price. Bed was comfy, could do with better pillows though. ”

“We stayed in the Convict Cottage for 4 nights. It had everything we needed. It was full of character and history.”

“It’s an ok location and like many in Hobart there is no hotel car parking. The reception area is mostly unattended (call a mobile to check in). The grubby reception area was piled with laundry bags so not a good first impression. Room was ok for my purposes but luckily no really noisy people in adjoining rooms bcoz can hear everything. ”

“Residenza storica di Hobart, una delle attrazioni da vedere della città. Sembra di trovarsi dentro ad un romanzo di Agatha Christie per l'atmosfera che si respira, sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. Ciò nonostante offre ottimi servizi, pulizia e personale efficiente e disponibile 24h. Stanze ampie con mobilia d'epoca, edificio completamente ricoperto in moquette. Al piano terra è presente un pub ed un ristorante.”
