“Nice and kind staff. Easy going. Clean. Nice breakfast. I am vegetarian and I was a bit limited but made do. A lot of fish/meat dishes. Skiing: easy free shuttles from the hotel and back. They have cheaper lift tickets for sale at the hotel. Had a nice home cooked meal nearby. The only issue is most of the laundry machines were out of service and the one available took 4 hours and the clothes were still damp. So I would only hope that they fix the laundry. ”

“I had a traditional Japanese room. It was super comfortable - and the view from my window of Happo One was beautiful! It was convenient walk to restaurants and bars. The Happo One gondola was a bit of a hike - but definitely within easy walking distance is the Hakuba Happo bus station. Easy to get to other mountains via the shuttle.”

“Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station. ”
