“Lovely resort, great location and views from your balcony. Walk to beaches. Good online price and kitchenette so you can still stay on a reasonable budget. Extras such as minibar pricey so watch out. Great restaurant with balcony views to die for. Lovely pool and spa.”

“I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! ”

Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. Cupboards musty. Toilet paper in the carpark and up the tree. No other roomso offered to clean . Noway could a clean...
