“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.”

“Check-in automatico; le stanze sono distribuite su 2 piani senza ascensore in una palazzina ristrutturata ma che ha mantenuto lo stile antico; camera accogliente con bagno grande e doccia ampia. In stanza presente anche bollitore, con posate, piatti, calici l, bicchieri per consumare pasti; asciugacapelli, condizionatore, TV con canali in varie lingue.”

“Beautiful place, clean and good response.time from staff regarding communication. Outdoor patio beautiful! Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. Laundry service was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Be prepared to walk stairs and...

“La camera era comoda e in posizione centrale, il bagno in ottime condizioni, occorrerebbe una mensola all’interno della doccia per posare gli oggetti. La proprietaria è stata gentile a fornirmi una mappa della città con spiegandomi tutti i punti di attrazione principale del paese. Per chi vuole abitare in una città affollata di turisti in estate e dormire in tutta tranquillità la considero un ottima location.”

“Leider konnte ich insgesamt keine 5 Sternebewertung abgeben. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt an der Hauptstraße der Altstadt und das ist der Knackpunkt. Durch die umliegenden Restaurants ist es nachts durch die Gäste sehr laut. Unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super nett und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber Safe und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden”

“Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious room, nice amenities, comfortable bed. Replenished our coffee, and other sundries, with clean towels daily. We were able to store our luggage upon an early arrival before check in, and they assisted with carrying it up the steep flights of stairs (the only drawback, but we discovered you can't get away frrom that in Croatia!)”

“Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.”

“Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...

“A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift.”
