"Per la prima volta in vita mia ho trovato un ottimo hotel in Giappone. Di solito sono abituato a vedere hotel a 4 stelle che in Italia avrebbero a difficoltà 2 stelle, invece il the flag si meriterebbe senza alcun dubbio 4 stelle.
Ottima posizione, centrale, vicino alla parte "viva" di Osaka, pieno di locali dove poter mangiare ottimo cibo. In reception sempre presente qualcuno che, incredibile, sa pure parlare l'inglese e senza problemi ed è un'altra cosa che ribadisco essere molto raro in Giappone. Musica internazionale in reception a basso volume molto piacevole, hotel moderno e pulito, con acqua gratis, macchinetta per comprare bevande e una lavanderia a gettoni. Camere per la media del Giappone spaziose e pulitissime, letti comodi e doccia ottima. La prima mattina ci hanno regalato la colazione ed è stata la sorpresa migliore, perchè da anni non trovavo una colazione di qualità così alta. Sono veramente molto soddisfatto di questo albergo è quando e se tornerò a Osaka in futuro, tornerò senz'altro in questo hotel."
