Hotel vicino a Teatro Paramount - Middletown

“All good except for the wifi. Was there 4 days was able to connect just once. I needed it for work.”

“No reception. No response from the support no. Given after I reached there to realise that it’s unwelcoming property. I didn’t stay at property. Need refund of my money. Not worth spending this amount since you have better options available ”

“We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

“Wonderful breakfast options were so convenient. Easy travel to LEGOLAND, convenient grocery store and restaurants within feet of the hotel.”

“Clean and comfortable”

“The pool not only didn’t have towels EVER… the lights are not on at night! It’s pitch black. When we asked for the lights to be turned on we were met with a nasty attitude from the staff. When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!”

“The area around the small fridge was clearly not vacuumed. The corners of the room were obviously dirty. The rug smelled.”

“Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

“Can't say enough about Meghan the manager at the front desk ..this hotel is lucky to have her ..the hotel itself could use a good cleaning but Meghan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ..would stay here again if needed though the hotel needs major updates”

“Quaint settings, comfortable rooms, beautiful bar, updated bathrooms, and public spaces. Very elegant lovely neighborhood for walking. Restaurants to walk to 10/10!”

“The food was overpriced for frozen food and meat that was hard to chew.”

“Did you ever want to experience what it would be like to stay at a bed in breakfast? Well this is the place to go! So quaint and cute! Located right in the heart of the town of Montgomery. Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area. Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“The room was very clean. Breakfast was okay not many options for breakfast. The pool was well maintained. Will definitely stay again for the price and amenities offered. Family friendly. Staff was very informative and friendly”

“Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”
