“Loved the whole experiences”

“The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return.”

“The room was very clean and had all we needed. The only thing missing was robes, but that’s not a deal breaker. Beautiful bathroom 😍 Bed was comfortable. The only downsides - minor - was that the room was cold when we entered. It would have been a nice touch for the room to be warm. Also, the hallway was very cold. Never had this at a hotel before. Staff were excellent and the Bluestonw Kitchen had beautiful food 😍”

“l'albergo è ben tenuto, le stanze sono pulite, il personale gentile e disponibile per ogni informazione. L'unica pecca è quella di essere un po' lontano dal centro. Sono preferibili le stanze con vista fiume, le altre danno su un'area commerciale/industriale. Comunque da raccomandare”

“Good location, great view, great space. Couple of things let it down. You can see they do a clean between visitors but there is no sign of deep cleans. So much dust/stains. Seeing all that dust meant I didn’t trust the kitchen to be clean and only used it to make a cup of tea after washing the cup. It might have been clean but maybe it wasn’t. It is a bit of a shock when you walk into the property as there is low light and black walls with intense looking faces. Felt unsafe on initial approach....

“Room was a good size, and we were able to park right out the front. Breakfast was lovely, big selection of cereals, yogurt and breads available. Was lovely to have the electric fire going in the room. Clear instructions received on how to use the digital key pad at the front door, and the location of our room. Located close to the CBD. Would happily stay again if visiting Launceston.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, had breakfast and our 35th wedding anniversary dinner in the restaurant, all was excellent. good location close to everything.”

“It was a great central location, be sure to have a coffee and yummy home cooked Greek food for breakfast or lunch down the next corner at the Flying Sparrow. Excellent coffee!!”

“Room was comfortable pleanty of storage also had a nice sofa dining table and even a microwave. Breakfast was nice good variety and friendly staff.”

“Large one bedroom apartment with garage and washing machine, nicely renovated and well equipped, hard to pick anything bad ”

“I had such a lovely stay here. The reception staff member was extremely professional, helpful, organised and informative. The room was spotless, quiet, very pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely return to stay here again.”

“The location was great for our family and the apartment was very spacious. The only issues I have was the people above us walking very heavy-footed so hearing every step right throughout the night. The chiming of the clock tower also kept me up (which is not the hotel's fault).”

“Unfortunately had a rough check in where one room could't be located due to the system changing the name on our booking. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and clean.”
