“We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. ”

“Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location for walking to downtown, Lithia Park, shops, restaurants and, of course, the theaters. They even had an ev charger for our car, but after we charged it, we parked it and didn’t drive for the next 3 days.”

“If I were single I could live here. It's that comfortable. The freestanding apartment is ideally located and finished to a very high standard. Amazingly well designed and laid out. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Many, many conveniences. Cafe table in garden outside. We parked once and walked everywhere. Lovely host. Really, I can't imagine anyone giving it less than a perfect score. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Friendly staff! Easy access from the freeway(but no freeway noise). There are two EV chargers at the property and I was lucky enough to get one of them, so I started with a fully charged battery the next morning, which was awesome. Our room was spacious & clean. The property as a whole is slightly dated, but well maintained. It has a nice dog area and the residential street around the corner is very good for walking your dog as well. “Had a wonder stay with Gloria and Cecil. The attention to detail and friendliness was genuine. They recommended some great restaurants in the area which were walkable that turned out to be fantastic. They were so kind snd welcoming. The breakfast was a huge plus and so good. 10/10 experience with the Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast. Communication by them was also top notch with easy parking directions. ”

“Siamo entrati nella camera assegnataci e non era stata pulita dopo l'ospite precedente! Abbiamo chiesto ovviamente un'altra ma il receptionist era probabilmente drogato da come si muovevva e parlava (erano le 22) e ci ha detto che l'hotel era pieno e noneaveva camere! dopo varie discussioni surreali per fortuna è arrivato il suo cambio e il nuovo receptionist ci ha asegnato una camera.
