the location is very convenient both for getting around walking and by public transport (there are many scooters in the area and the Muni F stop). It is located halfway between Soma, Castro and civic center. what leaves something to be desired is the frequenting of the surrounding area, but given the price I would say it is more than good. furthermore the room is equipped with a fridge and microwave and there is a market right in front.

Very clean room, very friendly staff, quite pet friendly, quite accommodating when we had car trouble. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was EXTREMELY courteous and kind and helpful. Room was clean; my only issue with the room was the shower head did not move to a basic spray. It was coming out in 5 thick streams of water. Stilll had good pressure and the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Spartano ma utile allo scopo. Camera fredda.
Siamo arrivati tardi giusto per dormire. Personale cordiale. Camera fredda e riscaldamento spento. Impianto riscaldamentento con ventilconvettore molto rumoroso. Colazione essenziale e all'amaricana. In media sufficiente.
