Benvenuti al Valencia tenuta situata a Temecula Wine Country. Riverside County CONSENTITO PER LE VACANZE. NUMERO PERMESSO: RVC-184

La tenuta di Valencia è una proprietà privata recintata di 5 acri situata a Temecula Wine Country che è abbastanza isolata ma vicina alla città. Circondata da paesaggi rigogliosi e 400 Valencia aranci la vera bellezza è mozzafiato vista a 360 gradi di Temecula, paese del vino, boschi, e le montagne. Inserire la tenuta thru sicurezza gated ingresso indipendente e salire attraverso il aranceto. Continuare e si guida fino alla tenuta con ampio parcheggio per un massimo di 8 auto. Entra nel cancello in ferro battuto alla porta d'ingresso. Una volta che si apre porta di casa si sente istantaneamente calma e pacifica come voi sono stati attratti a camminare dritto indietro e controllare la vista! La casa ha tutti gli arredi eleganti che sono stati tutti acquistati con l'intenzione di rendere il vostro soggiorno il migliore e più confortevole. La casa è afflitto pavimenti in legno per tutto l'ingresso, soggiorno formale e sale da pranzo, e la sala grande espansivo con Wet Bar. Grande camera ha tutte le finestre sulla parete di fondo per godere della vista. Grande cucina dello chef con elettrodomestici Thermodar e sotto zero frigorifero. Tutte le camere situate nell'ala est e hanno moquette di peluche. Cianfrinatura master suite dispone di soffitti a volta, di nuovo muro pieno di finestre e cursore diretto per eseguire il cantiere. Suite Master bagno è ben arredata con sedersi zona trucco, 2 grandi lavandini, vasca idromassaggio e cabina doccia 2 persone! Camera # 2 è un altro mini suite con letto cianfrinatura e bagno privato con doccia. Camera # 3 è un altro mini suite con letto matrimoniale europeo e divano letto doppio con divano letto matrimoniale rotelle e bagno privato con doccia. Letto # 4 è letto matrimoniale ed è direttamente di fronte al corridoio bagno completo con doccia / vasca. Tornate alla sala grande e passo fuori dalla porta a vetri a ritenere che non si può smettere di protagonisti a! Ma non smettere interpretato in modo da poter godere il grande cristallo blu piscina e spa. Il patio posteriore ha 2 aree coperte uno al largo della master suite e un altro sul lato ovest che comprende barbecue isola. Dopo un tuffo in piscina o spa entrare direttamente in bagno piscina completo di doccia e la sauna personale per rilassarsi ancora di più a !!
La tenuta si trova al largo sentiero nuovo paese del vino di Temecula e vicino a Leonesse Cellars Winery, Cougar Winery, De Anza Del Sol, e Robert Renzoni Vigneti per citarne solo alcuni.

For our family with children under 15, it was a perfect choice. Massive rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub and spa were great. The views from the house and patio are magnificent. It has a well-worn feel that for us was perfect since we have children. You can really have a nice time in this house.

My adult children, my one year-old grandson, my 84-year-old mother, and my amazing husband were all able to attend my beautiful goddaughter’s wedding with me in California. My goddaughter‘s wedding party was staying in Temecula so my daughter-in-law found us this house on VRBO. What a wonderful place to stay with my family. Just make sure that you are awareif you want the pool heated, there is an additional cost.

The house is in a beautiful location. Oranges made best juice. House needs updating and little TLC. Master toilet runs after flushing. And pots and pans need to be replaced as many are not usable. We did enjoy our stay, it was very peaceful.

The pictures are very accurate! Beautiful home and scenery. Yes, there are mice, but it was quite a game with our mouse patrol and setting up mousetrapsl. (Mice could be better controlled with exterminators in to close up any openings, which we did. Directions to the stovetop would be helpful as we were unfamiliar with this type of stove. Main bedroom shower handle was broken and shower had low water pressure. Sauna light is broken. We replaced the lightbulb, but it still did not work. It was frustrating that there were no dish cloths--plenty of dish towels though! There is no access to walkers through the gate from the inside and we had to climb over the gate to walk on the road.The home is beautiful, sacious, and beds very comfortable! The hosts responded quickly to our emails. We had a delightful vacation!!

Our group had a wonderful time at this rental. The house is larger than I expected with plenty of space. The backyard view is awesome, we even got to see the hot air balloons early in the morning from the yard. Everything was clean and in order. We would definitely book here again.

The house was very comfortable for a party of 7. Close to wineries, within walking distance. It was fully equipped in the kitchen. Pool and hot tub with a view of the wineries was amazing.

Our eight girl vacation was amazing. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stock with anything we needed to eat in. The hot tub was the biggest hit. It was generally used at the start of the day and again in the evening. Our contact for the property returned messages promptly. The pictures listed were very accurate. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great experience while staying in Temecula.

The House was located close to the places we wanted to visit. You almost didn’t need to leave the house if all you want to do is relax and not drive. There is so much to do at the house, swimming, ping pong, jacuzzi, billiards, board games, etc.

1. This house is advertised as having “Cable/Directv”. Not the case. When you get there, the house book says “streaming only”. Not much to watch. 2. Two of the four TV remotes were missing or not working. Property Manager said she would have fixed next day and would let us know time this would be done. Neither happened. 3. We had other issues with the home and sent an email without response for 3 days. When we contacted VRBO, the property manager responded within 2 hours that our email miraculously showed up after we contacted VRBO. She stated we should have tried her phone. Without going in to all the details about the problems we had, we will say the bones of the house are nice, the view is incredible, the landscaping is beautiful, the cleaning was great…..but this house should not be listed as “luxury” and needs some repair so the experience matches the description shown on VRBO.

This was our second stay at Valencia Estates. Our family had another amazing time with my 96 year old mother who requested another vacay there. Every room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The kids had fun playing in the game room, swimming, walking, playing games and relaxing in the Great Room. Wine tasting was a great time too. The kitchen was perfect to cook all the meals for all of us and well equipped with everything we needed. We had fresh squeezed orange juice each morning from the delicious oranges in the orchards. The highlight for my mother was watching the hot air balloons early in the mornings and the picturesque sunset views we all gathered to watch each evening. We are all looking forward to next years summer stay. Stephanie was always available and so helpful to answer all my questions and concerns.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed the property. We have rented many VRBO properties so have a pretty good sense of what to expect. Our biggest shock was that we didn’t see that although they have TV’s there is no cable making them essentially useless. We couldn’t even stream our devices. The property was clean but is getting very worn. The cabinets need a face lift, but overall we had a great time

We awoke on our final day to hot air balloons rising over the valley on a beautiful Sunday morning. Six of us enjoyed three days of golf and wine tasting, but what we enjoyed the most was the time we spent in the house. It was well appointed, with fantastic views. The house layout was terrific for the six of us sitting around the table for meals, playing board games and conversation. When outside the lounges, chairs and jacuzzi fit our groups interest perfectly. We were most pleased with the property and hope to stay there again.

Nice large home with plenty for everyone to do, ping pong, pool table and pool. Plenty of seating for everyone and was nice that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had on suite bathrooms. The house is starting to show a bit of age but it was clean and well appointed.

We have stayed at this house previously and it is a great place for a gathering. Property manager is very responsive. Plenty of room. Warning: Don't drink the water from the fridge or faucet as you will likely get sick. Bring bottled water as the filtered water faucet is not kept up. We had a lot of fun

The home, the view, the extra touches throughout to make our stay enjoyable were all incredible. We were a party of 7 and everyone had plenty of space to retreat when needed! Wish we could have stayed longer!
