“This was by far my greatest stay so far in japan. Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen! But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town. That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture. “義母の還暦祝いで家族3世代３家族の大所帯旅行になりました。出発前に電話があり朝食、夕食の事前時間指定の案内もあり助かりました。 部屋も清潔で布団が羽毛布団で軽くて暖かかったです。スタッフも沢山いて安心したし外国人の方も流暢な日本語でびっくりしました。部屋で誕生日ケーキを準備してもらい祝うことができたした。また行きたいです。”

“建物はちょっと年数が経っているせいか、昭和の雰囲気を感じました。部屋の中や廊下などなど清潔感、部屋の中の設備・備品などは完璧です♪ 天然温泉♨️なので泉質は最高です♪ 源泉が違うのか、硫黄の香りは少な目です♪ また、温泉の質からカベなどには影響を感じられます♪ 浴室にあるトイレがしゃがみ式であったのにはびっくりしました‼️ スタッフ方々は皆さん笑顔が素敵でいろいろなお願いにも親切に対応して頂き、嬉しかったです♪♪ また、行きたく👍なります❗️ 　　草津良いところ一度はおいで〜 このホテルは建物は古いですが、食事は最高😃 料金もリーズナブルなので、皆さんにお勧め❗️ 間違い無し‼️”

“The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool.”
