Hotel vicino a Tempio Kofukuin - Hakone

“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”

“Very nice location (in the hills, near the bus stop, 10 mins from Ashi lake). Easy check-in (although English is nearly non-existent). Good structure, rooms are nice and wide, traditional futon beds, hot fans and air conditioning. Working at the garden since like a year. Did not found any onsen/public bath. A little overpriced for what it has to offer.”

“This is an amazing gem of a hotel. It is extremely chic. The staff are so friendly and the food and booze are next level. Not for kids this is really a couples hotel. ”

“This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!”

We really enjoyed the forest private bath, and if we’d stayed longer we would have also tried the mountain view bath. We found that the meals offered plenty of food - bordering on too much for us. We would have liked the option to pick what we wanted to eat from the days menu rather than take every dish. ”
