“The service is slow and on a couple of occasions required multiple follow ups to get things done like getting the bathroom cleaned, getting water, towels etc. One of the USP’s of this resort is supposedly the private jacuzzi every villa has. Ours didn’t work as it leaked water. This issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Why these checks are not carried out prior to guests checking in is beyond me. The food in the restaurant is not that great and isn’t value for money. ”

“The wife is very very poor in the room . every time we had to come to the reception to use our devices.
secondly, no pantry/ restaurant in the hotel. if we need any emergency food/milk/tea... no way to get it as there is no restaurant nearby .
they bring the breakfast from outside hotel so we need to wait for that .. if we want to move out for sight seeing before 8.30 am, we have to skip the breakfast, though we paid with the room tariff.
