“We love this hotel. My daughter and I stayed here last year and were delighted to return with my husband. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and designed to be comfortable and functional. The view from rooms 1213 and 1214 was of the street below and looked out onto Mount Rokko.
The staff was excellent! Some of them spoke English. They were very helpful in getting us taxis, storing our luggage, shipping our luggage, and anything else we needed.

I can not use it. Bringing your own brush is a must. And the beard shaving razor was very bad. You can not cut your beard. They must change them immediately! Other than these small problems,hotel was good!
