“We have a great stay. It was great to see the staff really cared about people being safe at the waterpark and had a good time. It was great to see the staff being nice and teaching kids how to do the surf rider without getting mad. ”

“Housekeeping did not change sheets, towels, trash, when asked during our stay. We had to ask management to ensure our rooms were serviced several times before housekeeping actually came. Hotel check in was great. Staff in lobby were very friendly! Parking was very easy. The view from the patio is beautiful! They used to have a full breakfast years ago but now just serve muffins and juice and coffee but that was okay to get us started in the mornings.”

“Do not stay here- they have bed bugs the rooms are disgustingly unkept and if you bring any problems to management they will threaten you .”

“Overall, the hotel was great! All of the common qreas and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and available to guests to meet their needs. Breakfast service was very busy and everything was empty. No real system to fill in items quickly. The pool area waa not clean. I never saw a staff member cleaning or freshening up the area. Pool towels were out most of the evening.”

“Great place to stay for a family vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The heated pool was great. The balconies are small but the gave some amazing views. Breakfast had a decent selection with rotating proteins. ”

“Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and kept full the entire time. Room was clean. The only complaint I have is the parking. We stayed during ponies in the smokies. The event itself has parking for car trailers for a fee. However there were at least 3 vehicles with trailers parked in the hotel lot that took up approximately 10-15 spaces. People had to park along curbs and under the front entrance. Trailers should not be allowed to park there especially if the venue they are...
