“Reliable. I know I’ll have a safe, quiet, comfortable room. The bed will have a good mattress, good pillows, a good comforter. “The only complaint we had was there were several people outside drinking when we came in and they were bothering us and when we went out the next morning they were still out there drinking. For a group of ladies it was unsettling to have people doing that right outside the door to go in and out. ”

“Beside the convenient location and affordable rate, there is a very nice &kind lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but she works 5am shift), offering to make our family breakfast bags because we had to catch our flight at 3am and breakfast is not served until 7am on Saturday.. she made sure what type of foods/fruits/milk that we like and she put together breakfast to go bags for each of our family members.. that is the 5stars service right there , she made sure her guests feel at home .. this lady...

“Nice property, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and exceptionally quiet room.
My ONLY complaint is that I had to check out before the night clerk had access to the room scheduling software. Huh? He told me that he couldn't check anyone out before 0400. I had to leave at about 0310.
Still waiting for my receipt....and I've already had 2 flights and am now home.
