“Had a wonderful stay but a bit pricey.”

“Our room was nicely updated and clean. Our check in staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem very interested in helping us. We arrived 25 minutes early and she thought the world was ending. We offered to take a walk and come back. She decided to check if a room was available and yes there one ready. Wow that was hard…..Annoying and rude!”

“I normally do not write bad reviews but BEWARE of this TRU. Not in the best area and you could tell that this property has not been maintained very well. We stay at TRU quite often but this one was by far the worst experience we have had. Walking into the room it had a musty smell and was not clean at all. The floor around the AC was buckled and The AC WAS very loud when it cut on so loud it would wake you up at night. The TV remote was missing so I had to get one from the front desk. When...

“The rooms were very large. The facility was clean and quiet with a lovely breakfast available included in the cost of your room. The pool was clean and enjoyed a lot by the children. The outside grounds are well maintained .The best part they allow pets for a $40.00 deposit unless they are service dogs then they are not allowed I would easily give this facility 5 stars!”

“Clean carpet (not sticky) in spite of the high humidity the night we arrived. Quiet hallways, clean bed. There was a towel that looked like someone had rubbed their face on and then, folded the towel and placed back on the stack. Didn’t report to staff as we were passing through the city.”
