“Not on the road”

“Overall great value. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Only issue was that my bedsheet blanket had stains that were a bit unsightly. This was the only issue affecting my rating. All esle was great.”

“The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. “I liked the continental breakfast to get the day started. Parking was fine. Room smelled moldy and musty, like old rug and old furniture. Lighting was terrible, not bright enough to do my make up or read. Terrible light in the bathroom, hard to use shower with a 20 watt bulb, that’s what it looks like. “Older rooms and amenities”

“Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience.”

“Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...
