“I stayed in the Best Western Plus Edmonds Harbor Inn from June 4-7 (3 nights). Overall, I liked my visit, but there were two significant exceptions that degraded the experience. First, due to schedule conflicts, I made two separate reservations with third parties, one from June 4-5 (1 night) and another from June 5-7 (2 nights). “At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...
