“The hotel was very nice. The room and shower were clean, and the staff was welcoming. One staff member also suggested a great restaurant for burgers. The parking felt safe, and electric vehicle parking was available. The hotel is also close to the lake. Breakfast was fresh and complete. Overall, thank you very much for a pleasant stay!”

“I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future.”

“Alot of sketchy people walking around the parking lot at night and we found bugs on the floor near the bathroom”

“Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a ground floor that opened right up to our truck for moving hockey equipment around and travel items. Pool was closer but didn't care. The lady that looks after the breakfast was amazing and should get a raise. Food was always fresh and hot. She would even go cook more if you asked. She needs to be tipped over and over. Give her a raise. We'd stay there again because of her. Thank you”
