Room was disgusting, cleanliness poor, the bed springs were broken, air conditioner dripping on my son’s bed so had to pull out from the wall, hair in the bathroom, cabinets rotted, the list goes on. Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel like family. Hot spring water baths on the premises ranging from warm to very hot. The water comes up from 900 metres deep straight into the baths. Both indoor baths and and outdoor.
