“Easy and comfortable stay”

“Solo female teaveler. Needed a place to sleep on my way home from canada. I didn't need anything fancy and wanted to save some money. This place was great from the moment I walked in. The man who greeted me was kind and warm and had me checked in and ready to go so fast! He gave me great directions that parked me literally in front of my 2nd floor room. People staying there were kind - hello's, etc. and i didnt feel scared taking a walk around the property to move a little. The next...

“The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looks recently renovated. It’s close to Townsite Brewing which had some of the best beer I have tried in a very long time! Close to food as well! Definitely recommend! ”

“Newly renovated; Quit clean No breakfast but there is a great breakfast place across the street. 9 AM to 1300 hours ”

“We had a room with two beds, which were in separate rooms divided by a door so that was a pleasant surprise. Eat breakfast in the morning was delicious and served promptly to order. The area around the hotel is a little older, but not a significant concern all in all we had a great stay!”

“The hotel has great character but no breakfast available due to location (can't get the staff). Feels like there are many empty rooms. Some areas blocked off. If you like heritage sites and genuine antique fixtures and fittings, you'll enjoy this hotel. I don't think it is haunted!”

“We really enjoyed our time at the motel. We had a family room at the top of the complex. Although older, the room was comfortable and well suited to a family with two teenagers. The thing that really made the stay memorable was the amazing view over the water. ”

“Room was very clean. Staff were lovely I had a great oceanview from 2nd floor room. Stairs a little steep but otherwise highly recommend as an affordable place to stay with your pet”

“The staff are excellent. We asked for a chair in the room and they happily got one for us. The room has a lot of space however one side of the bed is against the wall making it difficult to get in and out. There is no elevator but they were able to accommodate us on the main floor. Nicely located right by the ferry terminal and they even provided ear plugs to combat the ferry traffic ”

“The motel is a little dated but that did not effect our stay at all. The room was clean and quaint. We were close to where we needed to be. It's close to shopping and food and the. There was no A/C but there were 3 fans to keep us cool. Definately would stay there again.”

“If we could give the front staff 10 stars we would. They were kind and had such a great sense of humour. We heard the staff deal with unbelievable rude and entitled “guests” with grace and much patience than I ever could have. Rooms were clean and quiet. ”

“Nice place, very family friendly. Beachfront with easy access. We enjoyed the pool, and hot-tub. Next time I would book a ground floor condo, to have sliding door access to the grass field. Great for the kiddos. Reasonably priced. I’d go back. ”
