“Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy. Room lacked lighting in the room, no desk lamp, etc. The TV did not work. Very noisy neighbors next door, and they were outside our door, until at least midnight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, small muffins, toast, juices, coffee..... no yogurt or fresh fruit.”

“As others have said some of the rooms are showing wear. The carpet is looking worn and a lot of scratches in the furniture. Having said that our room 412 had an exceptionally clean bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. When my 16 year old and I arrived my husband and mother in law had already checked into our 2 rooms. When I walked into my room it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious sanitation failure and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under a major brand. Walking into a room in that condition immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property.
