“This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”

“Room was dirty the entire hotel gave you a dirty feel if you look closely most things were not cleaned rugs not vacuumed and hallways. Tile floor is not detailed cleaned, etc..”

“2nd time here. Always so convenient to the venue. Rooms are always clean. Keep it up!! Staff is not always nice but still worth staying. ”

“The bathroom smelled like the inside of a city sewer. Apparently they have a drainage issue with the main line out of the hotel so the smell of sewage comes from the shower, sink and toilet. Other than this horrible problem the place is great. ”

“I had to move to 3 different rooms. First room no shower. 2nd room musty because you couldn't turn off the bath tub water. Also, toilet almost over flowing when flushed. The last room was an upgrade and nice. Still, only 1 of the 2 ACs worked. I found the cleanliness acceptable. Prior users did write their name on the window due to dust and it couldn't hurt to clean the AC filters. The rest felt and looked clean. Lastly, loved the girls working the receptionist area. They worked hard to find me...

“We stay here often. The staff is very friendly and they are so good at taking care of their guests needs. The owner is amazing with my children! My toddler makes a point to go to the office to visit her. Our room is always clean. There are tv’s, WiFi, microwave, mini fridge, shower tub combo, breakfast is provided in the lobby every morning, the man that cleans the rooms is so kind. This is my main selection for my hotel stays in Lubbock due to the cleanliness and affordability. ”
