“Perfetto per chi vuole fare una sosta viaggiando tra Houston e New Orleans. La struttura è nuova, pulita e collegata direttamente con la super strada. Colazione compresa, che in usa è insolito. Consigliato!”

“Three night stay never had room serviced beds never made, trash never emptied, no clean towels. Had to go to front desk for fresh towels ”

“The rooms are well appointed, but the vacuum cleaner must have been broken because there was always stuff on the floor of the room and the floors of the common areas. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the cinnamon rolls.”

“We enjoyed the large layout with 3 beds, older building, we didn’t get daily cleaning and requested more garbage sacks but didn’t receive. Easy to get extra towels and ice. TVs in every room but one not connected to network and did not get fixed when asked. The location was close to our activity and parking lot was well lit at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

“The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, the few staff that answered the phone the following days weren’t very helpful. I had left my name/number for a callback and never received one. The pictures of the hotel online do not show the actual condition; I ended up in a different hotel for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and just overall condition of the place.”
