Set in a magnificently scenic South African Natural Heritage site. Varied activities are available--we did a challenging 4x4 trail, a hiking trail, and a game drive among the biggest herds I have set eyes on.”

“Absolutely LOVED my stay at Cherrystone. I visited from the US. My brother and sister live in Fouriesburg. I could not say enough about how comfortable and clean and spacious and welcoming this place is. They even have a cat visiting every day. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and is separate from the other 3 bedrooms. The house has 3 bathrooms, all so beautifully decorated. We spent most of the day outside on the sunny porch. “The bathroom facilities were in a bad state of repair One window did not have hinges to lock it in place and as it a windy night, the window was banging against the frame make a noise throughout the night. The door did not close properly because the door was not properly aligned to the frame. You had to bang it to get it shut. The side table was also used to keep tea making facilities. No side lamps Only one brand of tea was available ”
