“Property is new, but expensive for what you get. Not serviced so you need to arrange rubbish/laundry with 3rd party if having an extended stay. Local agency was very helpful. Don't use Wotif to book because there is absolutely no ability to modify booking. ”

The bathrooms were fine, though the showers leaked and flooded the floors whenever used. The property manager (Maree with Hosts on the Coast) was not communicative. Shortly after arrival, we notified her the parking fob for the parking garage did not work and though she said we could address it the next day, she did not contact us.
