“We experienced cigarette smoke in our hotel room constantly during our stay staff was unhelpful. We brought the cigarette smoke to the staff attention on multiple occasions. Staff did not rectify the problem or compensate us. Staff did not enforce the non-smoking policy and we had to suffer. Otherwise this would have been an ok place to stay.”

“This is an older hotel but it’s well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect which is reflected in the pricing. My room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. The room is a little small but if you had more people in it but just fine for a solo traveler. The bathroom is definitely on the small side where the closing door comes close to the toilet but still manageable for me. “I loved that you get to have a view of the lake. The room itself is very basic it has had a few updates which are nice. It's not the cleanest so it's definitely not for someone that is very particular. My bed sheets had stains on them as well as the shower curtain. The mattress was probably one of the cheapest mattress you could buy from a mattress place but it wasn't terrible just not the best. I did see in other reviews that the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and it still is!...

“Do not stay here. Place is terrible. Does not have a breakfast station. Pictures are not of this location. We had 4 guests and were only allowed 2 towels for the room, for 3 nights?!?! Ridiculous!! If it wasn’t a holiday weekend I would’ve changed hotels”

“Hotel stay was overpriced for what you get which is just a bed and shower. Have to pay to park at this property which I didn’t realize. Breakfast is not included. We used the pool and there were no clean towels. It took 45 minutes for that staff to bring them down. Our room wasn’t ready for our check in time. Had to wait over two hours past the listed check in time.”

“We stayed on the top floor in a king bedroom ocean view suite with a phenomenal view of the ocean & boardwalk. Staff throughout our stay were all so lovely. I think every single one we passed said hello or good morning. Our room & common areas seemed clean. The breakfast food was below average but the staff work hard to keep things stocked.
