“I was not able to check in, and the front bell did not work. I attempted to message the staff through Expedia, text, and phone call and did not receive any reply.”

“Loved our room with the Jet tub and the balcony! We were able to sit up there and watch fireworks from the US in our pajamas with our Wine! Will be back for sure.”

“Room was clean, a few stains on pillowcases that should be replaced, some chips and marks in the shower/tub that could be patched up, room was sufficient for our needs, the staff was lovely the breakfast was ok, a fair bit of options, pool was little but kids still liked it. Some maintenance would go a long way in improving the look of the place, but it was clean and the beds are comfortable.”

“The rooms were disgusting. I had hair on my sheets. A bug squashed on the wall. The bed was lumpy. The cabinets old looking. Toilet paper holder was rusty and put on wall with any old screw. To top it off it cost over $150.00 a night”

“There was body fluids on the bathroom wall and no coffee anywhere on site. The staff worked in barefeet with flip flops. And the guest service was rude about us ordering food to our room at night told us not to use the lobby and walk all the way around with no elevator not worth 1300 for 3 nights at all .”

“Unfortunately our circumstances had changed - had to fly home. Tried to cancel the booking, giving more than two weeks notice. Receptionist could not speak very good English and hung up on me twice. Was unable to speak to the manager. Refused to reimburse me for my booking. DO NOT BOOK HERE - once you book you will not get your money back if you cancel.”

“Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. This place should not be on Expedia! I always use Expedia but this now makes me wonder. I would have ate the cost and booked a proper place but I was just too tired.”

“We’re happy with the price. The staff were nice. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. You can get coffee at the office. One extension cord to plug in our charger for our cellphones across from the bed. No outlets in reach anywhere else. The enamel on the tub was peeling off. The soap provided was super tiny. Right across the street from the motel is Willowbrook Mall.”
