“My stay was excellent once I was able to check in after having to cancel my reservation made on EXPEDIA. Econolodge staff bent over backwards to try and get EXPEDIA’s third party payment to go through (I paid with One Key Cash) but ultimately could not even after an hour back and forth on the phone with Expedia. Big thumbs down for Expedia as we ultimately had to cancel the reservation on the hotels end and book a new reservation which cost substantially more. Thank you Econolodge, Glade Spring,...

“There was no plastic or paper cup to drink water. No microwave. The hotel was very clean and probably newly renovated. But the basic amenities were absent and we were not informed during booking”

“The location and the price made it great. The furnishings and bedding need to be replaced, and the white painted woodwork needs to be cleaned with bleach, but nothing was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was a very friendly guy!”
